Also the updates situation has caused many to dislike Windows.
Linux is a perfectly viable OS at this point, it’s not just for tech geeks. I did have a problem with my USB Wi-Fi adapter during the install but other than that everything was just as smooth and less creepy than Microsoft.
I agree to an extent, but most games just work in Linux with no slowdowns or glitches. And I’ve had to mess with many games in Windows over the years to get them to run.
I’m surprised that isn’t the default.

That explains part of why Steam Deck is so good.
Days Gone is a great open world game, with motorcycles and zombies.
Most will become pizza scented soon enough, no need to pay extra for it.
It should be a very smooth development and install since it’s a known set of hardware.
